..... "A Popular Dance" is so very groovy and aerobically delicious .......
"A Popular Dance" began in the United States inside the city of Cleveland, Ohio. Kim Armstrong is a former college dance instructor. The demand for his public appearences stirred an idea of presenting his dance format as a showcase, instead of a course, satified the many requests and worked out well. After leaving academia, he showcased popular dance through special event mass/group presentations for large groups. It worked like a charm.
Civic duty became another one of his focal points. Producing enthusiasm among the audience. Encouraging plenty of good vibes. Creating a fellowship between the audience participants. The jubilance among the audience themselves is surprisingly contagious and positive.
Yet, the popular dances are sturdy and easy-to-follow. The accompaniment CD music comes in many american varieties. Including the funky stuff, rhythm & blues, some rock, of course soul music, and a couple novelty tunes. The esoteric meanings associated with the show are grace, joy, hope, and friendship.
